At Heart and Mind Coaching we like to share with you the possibilities to create and allow clarity, joy, direction and empathy into your life and develop personal leadership

Within a non-judgmental and appreciative setting, our main coaching techniques aim for more mental clarity and stillness and are based on attention and mindfulness techniques, the exploration of hidden beliefs that run your life without you knowing it, and exercises to strengthen your ability to focus your attention on the change you would like to see.
 
To develop the heart qualities we offer exercises for more compassion and forgiveness which can transform emotional discomfort into lasting relief and inspiring new possibilities and joy of life. To make the dynamics of relationships tangible we also use elements of constellation work.

Philosophy

Why is it useful, important and desirable to bring heart and mind together?

• With a balance between the qualities of the heart and of the mind, you will feel simply happier, more connected and make wiser decisions. With heart and mind in balance you access with a lot more ease and joy an enabling environment or field that supports you to bring your intentions and goals into reality.
  
• On the one hand there are many powerful and effective techniques that help you develop and increase the heart qualities like compassion, empathy, gratitude and forgiveness. However, it is not unusual that at some point you might feel overwhelmed emotionally by all the suffering of the people around you and in the world, which can lead to not being able to operate in the world as you would like to.
  

• On the other hand there are many powerful and effective techniques that address mainly the mental realm of consciousness, they support your creation power and to achieve your goals. However, it is not unusual that at some point you might feel quite disconnected and separate, as neither the aspect of the soul nor of the emotions, which are often stored in the body, are being addressed appropriately and allowed to be there.
• We propose therefore an approach that addresses heart and mind qualities.
