What is our work based on?
In general our work is deeply informed by Consciousness and Mindfulness Trainings and Techniques as well the U-Theory describing the process of any kind of change.
With regard to professional development and relationship between Self and society we base our work on the Integral Framework and Spiral Dynamics approach which stands for an evolutionary perspective of life.
We support you to view your personal and professional projects or situations from this perspective, and develop truly intelligent and far-reaching "bigger picture" solutions that address the connections and the dynamics between the people, the systems and the cultural world views involved.
If necessary and appropriate we can also refer you to experienced practitioners in many different fields (psychotherapy, family constellations, shamanic healing, faziatherapy, massage, acupuncture, osteopathy, transformation intensive, intimacy and relationships; etc)
We are NOT offering any medical or therapeutic advice or cure. If you are in medical or therapeutic treatment, you are solely responsible for seeing to and continuing with your own medical treatment and care.

What has "consciousness" and "mindfulness" to do with coaching?
- The added value of consciousness and mindfulness coaching is that it is suitable both to handle every day questions and worldly challenges with ease and lightness and to access your answers to the really big questions of all times... What is life all about? and Who am I
- There are many definitions of "consciousness". In the setting of our coaching sessions, we refer mostly to the inner energy body that most people cannot see, but that everybody can learn to perceive and which is connected to and permeated by the life energy (prana, chi, source, essence etc .....of course there are many other words for it...just use the one you are comfortable with).
- Any thought/belief/emotion/sensation takes first form in this energy body and then manifests physically, if it is given enough attention.... for good and for bad. Learning to observe thought/belief/emotion/sensation is called mindfulness and is well known to reduce overall stress levels.
- Applying and managing appropriately the different features of consciousness like attention, will and beliefs will help you release the tension in your consciousness and in your body even further. It is possible and relatively easy to learn how these phenomena of human consciousness work, infact there are really smart yet simple every day tools which, if you apply them, bring about change and an expansion of who you thought you are.
- The advantage is that you gain quite some benevolent influence on your own mind, which more often than not, is out of control and agitated due to the enormous amount of information and stimulation that our mind needs to process every day.
- Once your mind is calmer you will be able to feel more connected within your Self and with others around you. Empathy, forgiveness and compassion appear, which makes everyone's life brighter and happier.
